He took his time to explain everything clearly, discuss the treatment plan and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. His kindness, patience and friendly manner made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The reception team also deserves recognition for their warm welcome and attentiveness from the moment I walked in. The center itself is beautiful, and the whole experience felt five-star. Excellent experience. Dr Houda is the absolute best surgeon. My case was not easy but she exceeded my expectations! The whole experience was excellent. I was included and informed throughout the whole process. All staff are excellent from the reception staff, clinical staff, nursing staff, admin staff (Shaima ❤️), housekeeping... I could go on and never be able to say what a wonderful experience I had. I would definitely recommend the clinic and especially Dr Houda.

I am so happy with my experience at Quttainah Medical Center and especially with the amazing Dr. Saif! I’ve done several aesthetic treatments with him, including Botox, fillers and skin treatments, and I absolutely love the results. Everything looks so natural, fresh and just like me — only better! The best is when people tell me, “You look great!” but they can’t actually tell what I’ve done. That’s exactly how I want it. I’m truly grateful to everyone at Quttainah Medical for the care I’ve received throughout my surgery and recovery. I had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), surgery on my arms, and liposuction on my inner thighs, flanks and back. It was a big operation, and their support has meant so much to me. Dr. Adel Quttainah is a true professional and a man with ethics and values. He takes the time to explain everything and advise you on the best way forward. I felt cared for and supported throughout this experience. From Siba and the reception team to the nurses, medical staff and other doctors, everyone has treated me with kindness, patience and care. My anesthesiologist even stayed overnight for me at the Clinic after my operation to help me feel better and make sure I was okay. I will always be grateful for that care. A special thank you to head nurse Aiza, who has been amazing with me, and to Grace, who does my lymphatic drainage massages. She’s the best, and her care has made such a difference during my recovery. I’m still healing, and the staff continue to be wonderful with me. Recovery is a process, and having such a caring team beside me means more than I can say. I feel truly blessed, and I thank every one of you from my heart.

I highly recommend QMC for laser treatment. I have been working with Nam, she's very professional, helpful, and respectful. She's constantly checking to make sure I'm feeling comfortable during the treatment and always happy to give advice when needed.

I did laser treatment it was efficient and pain free, the machine is modern and the nurse is very kind and competent

My skin looks very nice without hair. This laser treatment is great!
